1. ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE (2 POSITIONS)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements, management report and performance /analysis in timely manner.
  • Maintenance of proper accounting and financial report.
  • Able to review and finalise full set of Accounts.
  • Able to manage, monitor, lead and coach the group of accounting staff.
  • Monitor financial audits, ensure timely completion of statutory audits and reporting.
  • Assist in preparation of taxation computation and revision.
  • Liasing with external auditors and tax agent.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or Partial Professional Qualifications ACCA, CIMA or its equivalent).
  • Preferably 2 - 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidates from the F&B or Hospitality Industry will be at an added advantage.
  • Prior work audit experience and knowledge of company taxation will be an added advantage.
  • Possess good knowledge of current accounting standards and their applications with internal control experience.
  • Well versed with UBS accounting software and Microsoft Office applications. Possess strong analytical mind, pro-active, good leadership and excellent in following tasks and issues.
  • Mature thinking, pleasant disposition with good interpersonal and communication skills and a team player.
  • Self motivated and able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight control and committed reporting deadline.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

2. PURCHASING COORDINATOR / EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate and ensure indirect purchasing of goods & services in compliance with business objective under supervision.
  • Transactional and administrative support for purchasing Department.
  • Builds and maintains relationship with internal clients through constantly identify client needs.
  • Coordinate with supplier and follow up the on time delivery of goods & services to fulfill clients needs.
  • Manage and measure suppliers' delivery performance, quality, service level and pricing.
  • Generate purchasing related reports and spent diagnostics.
  • Involve in day-to-day purchasing activities by sourcing for reliable supplier and maintain for the best prices, timely supplies and prompt service to meets the production requirements.
  • To carry out purchasing functions effectively according to company policies and procedures.
  • To build a strategic purchasing plan that adds value to the organization and achieves targets.
  • In the purchasing process, prospective suppliers/vendors must be identified and qualified based on quality, delivery and price. The Purchasing Coordinators / Executive is expected to have some technical knowledge regarding food & beverage activities which can enhance their job function, especially in price negotiations, and he/she must be able to continually monitor suppliers / vendors and market conditions to seek the best price levels.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
  • At least 3 years of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse.
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English and able to communicate in Mandarin will be added advantage.
  • Good communication skills, team player and self-motivated.

3. EVENT COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:

  • Support Team Leader with day-to-day event coordination for events projects and marketing related assignments including the planning, organizing and controlling of all aspects of events activities.
  • Provide on-site event support for registrations, setup and other related assignments.
  • Database management and maintenance.
  • Research and follow event trends and happenings in the event management industry and provide value added participation and other related ideas.
  • Candidate is responsible for the overall coordination and execution of projects; event management ranging from organizing in-house events, coordinating advertisements, press and other media releases.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Mass Communication or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applications should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Public Relations / Communication or equivalent.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and ability to communicate in Mandarin will be added advantage.
  • A team player with strong work ethic.

4. SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

  • To carry out relevant sales and marketing duties
  • To achieve the company set target and objectives
  • To do sales report timely and accurately

Requirements:

  • A Degree or Diploma in Marketing/ Hotel Management or related discipline
  • Possess at least 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in F&B or related field
  • Good communication skills, a positive attitude and a vibrant personality are critical attributes
  • Must be able to speak and write in English
  • Must be able to contribute to the development of the various projects, marketing plans as well as fully execute them
  • Ability to monitor current market trends and competition, explore and identify new marketing opportunities
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Responsible and trustworthy
  • Possess a good in varied network of both corporate and individual client√®le
  • Self- motivated, positive, pro-active, result oriented and highly motivated

5. EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Group Managing Director in areas involving management and administration of group of companies
  • To assist the Group Managing Director to overseas the general administration of the department
  • Preparing confidential reports, correspondence and minutes of meeting
  • To supervise and monitor the admin department
  • Work closely with all department head and operation manager for greater operational efficiency and for effective communication to and from the Director's desk to meet the Company's objective
  • Monitoring of deadlines and follow-ups with respective teams and operation manager on progress from time to time
  • Willing to work long hours if necessary or required

Requirements:

  • At least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Degree in Private Secretary, Business Studies/ Administration/Management or equivalent
  • At least 5 year(s) of relevant working experience as a Senior Executive or Secretary to CEO/GM or President
  • Highly organized and able to adopt quickly to changing priorities
  • High integrity and able to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Able to handle government related function
  • Working experiences in F&B and Property Development will be advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and written skills in English and Mandarin will be added advantage

6. RECEPTIONIST CUM ADMIN ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

  • Collection, sorting, distribution, scanning and filing of company documents
  • Pro-active office involvement
  • General office tasks as needed
  • Attending to phone calls
  • Attending to walk-in visitors
  • Distribution of mail
  • Management of meeting/conference rooms
  • Respond to queries from employees
  • Administration
  • Able to adopt quickly to changing priorities
  • High integrity and able to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Work in collaboration with other team members to establish and maintain a confidential and sensitive work environment, focusing on customer service by handling all customer requests in a professional manner

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years similar experience in hospitality industry preferred.
  • Ability to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English is a must
  • Neat professional appearance.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Self-starting.
  • Able to work independently and with others.
  • Good customer-service skills with an ability to handle multiple transactions and customer requests.

7. HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for the whole spectrum of the branch Human Resource matters, ensure that the Human Resources policies and procedures are implemented accordingly and to work closely with HOD on all areas of human resources functions.
  • To be responsible of manpower planning, recruitment and selection matters and to liaise with the respective HODs on manpower requirements.
  • To be in charge of timely processing of payroll and submission of payroll reports.
  • To generate report from time to time for management reporting & decision making.
  • To manage disciplinary matters with regards to all matters concerning staff disciplinary, domestic inquiry and misconduct investigation.
  • To handle foreign worker's work permit renewal.
  • Handle and manage HR Department of the company. Ensure smooth support and coordination to all departments
  • Implement appropriate HR Strategies and actions to recruit, develop, and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
  • Administer Compensation, benefits, personnel policies and procedures.
  • Make decisions on administrative or operational matters that have a serious impact on overall profitability of organizational and or company functions.
  • Comply with immigration and labor laws.
  • Unify HR policies and practices in conjunction with corporate subject matter leaders.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in F&B industry or related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Familiar in Malaysian Labour Law.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of English and Chinese is a MUST.
  • Ability to deal effectively with all people at various levels of organization.
  • Mature individual with leadership quality and influencing skills.
  • Judgment, initiative and tenancy demonstrated in an environment of rapid change.
  • Ability to collaborate across boundaries, disciplines and cultures especially in an evolving matrix environment.

8. HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE / PAYROLL OFFICER

Responsibilities:

  • Experience in full HR spectrum with a strong Learning & Development (L&D) background.
  • Recruitment and selection of staff (Operations & Office).
  • Compensation & Benefits implementation & formulation.
  • Implementation of company-wide human resource strategies and initiatives to achieve higher employee satisfaction, retention and development of talent.
  • Organise employee welfare programmes.
  • Training administration.
  • Payroll administration.
  • Industrial Relations.
  • Actively involve in HR strategic planning role.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must able to speak and write in English.
  • Required skill (s): Payroll Administration - Boss.Net, Recruitment, Malaysian Labour Law.

9. F & B MANAGER

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in Hotel Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 3-5 years Food & Beverage experience
  • Good communication skills & interpersonal skills
  • Chinese speaking is a MUST.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
  • Maintain the highest possible service standards and quality control
  • Demonstrated experiences in managing growth/expansion
  • Possess operational, theoretical and administrative abilities and skills

10. HOTEL MANAGER / ROOM DIVISION MANAGER (Based at Mersing Johor)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage hotel on the profitable based
  • To manage floor staff / operation staff
  • Able to provide guidance to staff and make firm decision
  • Able to provide weekly/ monthly report to the management when it is required
  • Able to meet the deadline given by management
  • Manage work schedule of all employees under his/her supervision giving serious consideration to labour cost, and assuring the staffing is adequate to provide excellent service and proper coverage at all times
  • Checks maintenance of all equipments and request for immediate repair when necessary

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism or equivalent. Candidates with strong housekeeping background will be an advantage
  • Min of 5 years working experience
  • Must possess hands on experiences in Hotel Operations, Marketing, Business Development, resourceful and result orientated
  • Ability in speaking Chinese will be added advantage
  • Possess strong analytical and organization skills
  • Ability to lead, train and motivate team under competitive progression
  • To be based at Mersing, Johor


11. BARTENDERS/ BARTENDRESS/ WAITERS/ WAITRESSES/ CASHIERS

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM or Professional Certificate in Food & Beverage Preparation/Service Management or equivalent.
